Join BSSC as we make our way to NEMBAfest, the biggest Mountain Bike Festival on the East Coast! 2022 marks the return of this iconic event and this year it makes its debut in the beautiful Carrabassett Valley of Maine at the Outdoor Center at the Sugarloaf ski resort.
The festival is truly an amazing event whether you are an experienced mt biker, a never-ever, or somewhere in-between, there is something for everybody. There will be free demo bikes from a plethora of vendors with all the newest rides! All day there are guided rides for all levels, clinics and demonstrations for beginners to advanced, stunt shows, food trucks, live music, beer garden, games, events, raffles, and more.....it truly is a celebration of all things mountain biking. The festival is also family friendly and encourages you to bring the kids to experience this magical event as well.
BSSC has lined up THE closest lodging to the event anywhere, the Snowbrook condos at Sugarloaf. Located at the lowest spot of the ski area the condos are a short, flat, and easy trail ride to the event. THE best lodging location! Sign up solo and we will match you with a roommate and condomates or get some friends and reserve your own 1, 2, or 3 bedroom condos and max out the occupancy to save money. All condos have full kitchens and living rooms to enhance your weekend.
You can purchase your passes to the festival at the event or online ahead of time. The festival is 3 days, Friday-Sunday. Pick and choose how many days you wish to enjoy the festival. There is also an amazing golf course at Sugarloaf and great hiking trails to mix and match your weekend pleasures.
