  • Can I get a refund or transfer to a different trip if I miss the bus?

All day ski trips are non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip (you may transfer your spot to another person).  Trips are subject to availability and change.

  • Can I drink alcohol on the bus?

Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are prohibited on the buses, and Boston Ski & Sports Club reserves the right to exclude intoxicated or disorderly persons from any portion of a trip without refund of money.

  • Is everybody an expert skier/boarder on the trips?

No, there are all levels.  All the mountains have terrain appropriate for all levels of skiers, from never-evers to experts and everything in between. Learn-to- ski/board lessons are offered at most areas at discounted rates!

  • Am I the only one skiing by myself?

The majority of our day skiers register alone.  You just need to roll out of bed and onto the bus and our trip leaders will take care of all the details, including coordinating a group lunch and more!  You can be as solo or as social as you choose.

  • Is there a minimum age allowed on the trips?

All ages are welcome on these trips.  The only requirement is that if the participant is 13 years old or younger, his/her parent must be on the trip and he/she must carry the parental consent form at all times.  For ages 14-17, they must carry the parental consent form.

  • I want to stay with friends for the weekend and drive back with them? Can I do that?

Yes.  When you register, make sure you make this known, and on the trip, be sure to remind the trip leader that you won’t be on the return trip.

  • COVID-19 Safety Standards - Ski Trips
  • What steps do I need to take to comply with cross-state travel before and after the trip?

Our skier/riders need to comply with the state travel regulations for both Massachusetts and the state where the resort is located, that are in place at the time of the trip.  At this time, negative covid testing or quarantines are required on both ends of an out of state trip to Maine and Vermont, but not New Hampshire.  As it seems to stand right now, in general, overnight trip compliance is checked by the hotels upon check-in, and for day trips, the compliance is solely on the individual traveler.  However, because procedures are constantly evolving, we recommed that folks check regularly on their obligations, and BSSC will also monitor each state and resort requirements.
