That's already three months down in the new BSSC weekly workout series! To keep us in shape, our friend & personal trainer Tiffany has worked hard on these sport-inspired workouts to keep you in shape from home, without equipment, and minimal space. 

#9 Upper Body Burn
Improve your upper body and core strength with this workout! Complete these exercises as a circuit with minimal rest between exercises. Rest for a full minute between rounds and complete 4 rounds total. seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. #10 Ab Attack
Improve your core strength and stability with this workout! Complete these exercises as a circuit with minimal rest between exercises. Perform each exercise for 60 seconds before moving on to the next. Rest for a full minute between rounds and complete 3 rounds total. Click here to go to workout #10.

#11 Full Body Fun
Improve your total body strength, muscular endurance, and stability with these variations on traditional exercises! Complete these exercises as a circuit. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. #12 Core & Cardio
Improve your core strength, stability, and cardiovascular fitness with this fast and fun workout! . Complete these exercises as a circuit. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise.
