Mix Up Your Après With These Arctic Summer Drink Recipes

Arctic Summer Spiked Seltzer Drink recipes BSSC Ski Trips

It may be winter here in New England, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find occasions to drink bubbly cocktails! (Après ski, anyone?) Arctic Summer is here to help enhance your winter nights with some refreshing craft cocktails made with our hard seltzer as a base.

Everyone loves a good mojito, right? Well, have you had a raspberry lime version? Here is our twist on the minty, limey beverage:

Snowy Raspberry Lime Mojito

1 ½ tsp cane sugar
4 lime slices
6 mint leaves Ice
1 can Raspberry Lime Arctic Summer
Garnish: shredded coconut & lime wedge

Arctic Summer Snowy Raspbery Lime Mojito

STEP ONE: Grab a pint glass - add the sugar, lime slices, mint leaves, and a few cubes of ice. Muddle it all together!
STEP TWO: Grab a second glass and coat the rim with lime juice. Then, roll it in shredded coconut so that the top of the glass is covered with the flakes.
STEP TRHEE: Transfer the muddled ingredients from the first glass to the second glass. Add more ice and then pour Raspberry Lime Arctic Summer over.
STEP FOUR: Stir everything together so that the ingredients are evenly distributed. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Let’s just admit it once and for all – winter can be fun, but we all get the cold weather blues from time to time. Whether you welcome snow boots and parka season, or you are ready for it all to end the day it begins, our Winter Pineapple Pomelo Punch will fill you with sunshiny warmth.
