Any skier or rider knows that some of the best turns are the end of the season. The days are longer, the snow is softer, and it is the perfect time to soak up some rays during après ski. For those who ski Loon, South Peak is the place to be – long blue and black cruisers catch the last light of the day and Pemigewasset Base Camp is the perfect place to unbuckle your boots and take in the views of the slopes.
It’s not only about the skiing once spring rolls around. Last Call will be celebrating its 20th anniversary on March 30. Now the biggest snowboarding even on the East Coast, pros like Pat Moore, Chas Guldemond and Chris Grenier have all dropped in on one of Loon Mountain Terrain Parks most creative and challenging builds of the year. ‘80s Day is the perfect chance to break out the neon, hairspray and straight skis and hit the bumps. In its 10th year, this will be the biggest, baddest, and boldest ‘80s Day to date.
As the days continue to get longer, Loon is the place to be. Grab your gear, your friends, and we’ll see you for first chair.
