Unless otherwise stated in the specific activity confirmation, the following applies:

• All prices and arrangements are subject to change without notice.
o Changes include, but are not limited to: a change in schedule, destination, or cancellation of the entire trip, (if warranted by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and/or potentially unsafe conditions).
o BSSC is not responsible for additional costs which may be incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation.

• There is no refund on unused services. BSSC is not responsible for costs or inconveniences incurred if a participant’s circumstances cause him/her to miss any portion of the scheduled travel.

• Weekend cancellations must be received in writing by dates below:
o Cancellation greater than 45 days prior to departure — Refund of amount paid, less $20 service charge.
o Cancellation less than 45 days prior to departure and a suitable replacement is made — Refund of amount paid, less $50 service charge.
o Cancellation less than 45 days prior to departure and no suitable replacement is made — No refund.
o Unpaid balances within 45 days of departure are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.

• Vacation/extended travel cancellations must be received in writing by dates below:
o Deposits of $200-$500, generally required to reserve space, are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise noted.
o Cancellations are subject to regulations and fees set by BSSC, tour operators and/or agents carrying out services.
o Unpaid balances past balance due dates are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid.
o G Adventure trips are non-refundable and non-transferable once the balance due date has passed.
