BSSC has secured a few larger footprint rooms (Sundial Room) to enable families to stay together during their trip. Given the variations in pricing based on the ages of the children, this will happen via invoice adjustments after registration, discounting the final balance payments to match. Pricing information is below for reference.

In order to register, parents should each register individually with the child as their guest, paying full price for both during the process (if only registering 3 total, 2nd adult would register without guest.) There is a checkbox to confirm you are registering for a family triple or quad room. Once deposits have been paid, the travel director will be in touch to make the appropriate invoice adjustments. It is possible to add one or two beds to the rooms offered (Sundial rooms are most spacious proposed)
