Early Registration Discount for Teams
Sign up your team by May 9th and SAVE $50 off the Team Fee. Registrations submitted after the deadline will not receive the $50 discount.

League Fees & Timing
• Deposit (usually $200) must be paid at the time of registration to hold a spot in the league.

• Balance remaining of the base team fee (i.e. base team fee less the $200 deposit) must be paid within one week prior to the league start date. If paying by check, payment must be received 1-week prior to start or the credit card provided with the registration will be charged. Teams that have not paid their base team fee will not be included on the schedule and are subject to forfeiture of any monies paid per the sports refund policy.

• Receipts will be emailed to you for all payments made. If your team is waitlisted, note that the “Total Paid” says zero because you have not been charged.

• Teammate’s portion of the league fees. An easy way to calculate what captains should collect from each of their players is provided in the following example:
Team fee/ # players = each teammate’s portion .
Example: $1495/20 players= $75 per person.

Rules, Policies and Procedures
The Sports Program Managers may communicate by email from time to time with the captains and/or players of the league. Also, at any time, players may refer to the “League Info” tab of the league for important rules and policies. The team captain is responsible for knowing all league information and adhering to procedures, timelines, rules and policies.

How To Register
Payments from captains will be accepted in the form of cash, check, and credit card (Mastercard and Visa). If you are paying by check, your team space is not guaranteed until we have check in hand, along with a registration form which MUST include a credit card number.

Individual payments for a team will not be accepted, unless collected by the captain and all paid together via one cash, check or credit card payment. Individuals calling to pay their portion of a team fee will not be taken.

We strongly recommend collecting from your teammates prior to the league start so that you have commitments and do not have to front all of the fees.

If you don’t have enough for a full team then have all your teammates register as individuals and simply put the name of your friend or group organizer in the “teammate request” field. Or one person can register & pay for multiple people all at once.

Submitting Team Rosters
Once you register and pay your deposit, you can access your online team roster simply log into your personal BSSC account on (top-right corner) and scroll down to “My Activities.” You can then click on “Roster” for the current league and add/remove players as needed. If you have never logged in to your account or don’t have an online account yet but have played with BSSC before then use the “forgot password” option. When prompted, provide your email that BSSC has on file (the email address you receive BSSC emails from). This will ensure you register under the same profile in our database). A temporary password will then be sent to you.

After logging in, you’ll need to provide the information listed below for your team members. All players playing on your team MUST appear on the roster. There are no nonmember fees for this league.

Our advice is to request this information from your teammates as soon as possible.

• Email address. You will be prompted to enter an email and search. If the player is already in the system, it will auto-fill the fields.

• If the player is not in the system, you will be prompted to add:
a) First and last name
b) Birth date
c) Phone number
d) Gender

Roster Deadlines
Rosters must be completed prior to the first game of the season. You may make changes up to the 3rd week of play (two weeks after the season starts) at which point the rosters freeze, and only rostered players may play the remaining games. Failure to submit a complete roster may result in being removed from the league.

Team Supplies
A BSSC rep will be at the field for your first game and will provide you your dri-fit tech shirts, team ball, and roster/waiver to sign.

You are also required to obtain signatures of all players your roster and return a copy to BSSC. Failure to do so could result in your team’s ineligibility for playoffs.
