Transportation: Transfers between the airport and Kiawah Island will be coordinated based on group arrival and departure times

September 30, 2026 – Arrival in Charleston
Arrive at Charleston International Airport and make your way to Kiawah Island. After check-in at the beach villas, settle in and enjoy a relaxed evening at leisure as the group gets ready for the rounds ahead.
October 1, 2026 – Osprey Point
Begin the trip with a round at Osprey Point, one of Kiawah Island’s most scenic and enjoyable courses. With marsh views, challenging holes, and a classic Lowcountry setting, it’s the perfect start to your golf getaway.
October 2, 2026 – The Ocean Course
Experience the legendary Ocean Course, host of the 2021 PGA Championship and future 2031 PGA Championship. With a professional caddie included, this round delivers a true championship experience on one of the most iconic seaside courses in the United States.
October 3, 2026 – Turtle Point
Your final round takes place at Turtle Point, a beautifully designed Kiawah layout known for its coastal scenery and rewarding shot-making challenges. It’s a memorable way to close out an unforgettable golf trip.
October 4, 2026 – Departure Day
Check out of the villas and depart for Charleston International Airport for your return flight home.

All guests receive a private bedroom within a shared deluxe 2BR villa
• Double occupancy villa: $2,599 per person before April 15th (we’ll match you with a villamate or request your own). $2,699 as of April 16th.
• $600 non-refundable deposit to hold spot.
• 2nd payment of $1000 per person due by May 1st.
• Balances due by June 1st, 2026

Trip Disruption
All prices and arrangements are subject to change without notice. Changes include, but are not limited to, a change in schedule (departing earlier or later than planned), destination, or mode of transportation, or cancellation or postponement of the entire trip. Changes may be caused by weather or any other unforeseen event, government-imposed travel restrictions or advisories, or acts of God.
BSSC is not responsible for additional costs which may be incurred as a result of these situations, such as, but not limited to, making own arrangements to get home, extra hotel nights and/or separate hotel nights, nor is it responsible for full or partial refunds if these circumstances lead to reduced golf time or activities that are part of the trip package or a cancellation or reduction in the duration of the trip itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! BSSC makes it easy and economical for the solo traveler. Our lodging options are spelled out clearly for each trip giving you the choice of room that best fits your needs.
For BSSC overnight travel, booking 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended. For week-long vacations, book early to guarantee your spot and get the best rates. Ski vacations are usually announced in the summer at a $100-$150 savings. Check each trip for specific deadlines and policies. The closer the travel date, the more complex and costly it might be to procure accommodations and/or airfare.
Refunds are possible – policies vary depending on the type of trip and timing of your cancellation. The closer you are to departure, the less likely we will be able to refund you 100%. Cancellations are subject to the regulations and cancellation fees set by BSSC, tour operators, and agents carrying out services. There is no refund for unused services. Please check specific policies for your trip. We also recommend that vacationers purchase travel insurance and can provide more info upon request.
