Saturday, December 6 – Departure from Boston

Meet your fellow BSSC travelers at Logan Airport and prepare for an exciting transatlantic journey. We’ll board our overnight Delta flight to Paris, where the holiday magic begins. Time to relax, enjoy the in-flight service, and dream of croissants and canals!

Sunday, December 7 – Bonjour, Paris!

Upon arrival in Paris, you’ll be greeted by a private coach and transferred to our elegant home base, the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, located along the shimmering Seine River. After check-in and a chance to freshen up, spend the afternoon settling in or join fellow travelers for some casual sightseeing. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome group dinner at a local Parisian restaurant—our first taste of France!

Monday, December 8 – Iconic Paris & the Louvre

Wake up to your first full day in the City of Lights with a guided panoramic city tour aboard a private motorcoach. We’ll stop for photos at major landmarks including the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, and the Place de la Concorde. Then dive into art history at the legendary Louvre Museum, home to the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, and thousands of priceless works. Wednesday, December 10 – Castles & Chocolates in Ghent, Onward to Amsterdam

This morning, we bid au revoir to Paris and travel north by private coach to Amsterdam, with a magical stop in Ghent, Belgium. Explore the fairytale-like Castle of the Counts (Gravensteen), and enjoy a guided Belgian chocolate tasting in this beautifully preserved medieval city. After some free time to wander the historic canals and cobbled streets, we continue to our luxurious hotel, the Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre, where you’ll have the evening at leisure.

Thursday, December 11 – Art, Markets & Amsterdam’s Winter Charm

Start your day with a guided tour of Amsterdam aboard a private motorcoach, featuring highlights such as Dam Square, the Skinny Bridge, and Central Station. Then, enjoy entrance to the world-famous Rijksmuseum, home to masterpieces by Rembrandt and Vermeer. The afternoon is yours to explore the lively Christmas markets, shop for Dutch holiday gifts, or relax at a canal-side café. In the evening, we’ll board a private 1-hour canal cruise through Amsterdam’s illuminated waterways before dining together at a local restaurant.

Friday, December 12 – Van Gogh, Red Light District & Farewell Festivities

Today’s cultural journey begins with entrance to the Van Gogh Museum, where you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the artist’s life and visionary work. Afterward, enjoy a guided walking tour of the Red-Light District, a fascinating and historic area that’s both edgy and educational. The afternoon is free for last-minute sightseeing, museum visits, or enjoying a stroopwafel in the city center. In the evening, we’ll reconvene for a memorable farewell dinner to celebrate an incredible week of travel and new friendships.

Saturday, December 13 – Return to Boston

Your transatlantic flights are included with the BSSC group package. If you plan to book your own airfare but still wish to join the group airport transfers, your flight schedule must closely align with the times below.

Booking Your Own Flights?

To take advantage of the included group airport transfers, your flights must align with the following windows:

• Arrival in Paris (CDG): Must arrive by 9:30 AM on Sunday, December 7

• Departure from Amsterdam (AMS): Must depart at or after 11:20 AM on Saturday, December 13

If your travel falls outside of these timeframes, you will need to make your own arrangements to/from the hotel at your own expense, as group transportation cannot wait for late arrivals or accommodate early departures.
