Trip Requirements

Trip Pricing & Room Arrangements

The hotel offers traditional standard rooms for 2 people. We have a very limited number of single rooms available at an additional cost of $850.

• Double occupancy: $3,299 per person by JULY 31 (we will do our best to match you with a roommate, or you may request your own).
  $3,449 as of AUGUST 1.

• $600 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot.

• 2nd payment of $1,500 per person due by September 19, 2025.

• Final balance due by November 14, 2025.

• Single room – additional $850, subject to availability.

• No air: deduct $800. You are responsible for meeting the group at the hotel.

Passports
Make sure your passport is current! Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your travel dates. Be sure we have your full legal name as it appears on your passport—it must match your airline ticket exactly.

If you do not have a passport or need to renew, start the process immediately, as it can take 6–8 weeks.

Travel Requirements
Make sure you are up to date on all travel requirements! BSSC is not responsible if you are unable to pass through border control or if testing fees or documentation are required. Please check www.travel.state.gov for the latest passport and travel information.

Trip Disruption
All prices and arrangements are subject to change without notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to:

• Departure/return schedule modifications

• Changes in destination or mode of transportation

• Postponement or cancellation of the trip

These changes may be caused by weather, government-imposed travel restrictions, unforeseen events, or acts of God.

BSSC is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of such events, including:

• Alternate arrangements for return travel

• Extra or separate hotel nights

• Missed ski days or reduced trip duration

No full or partial refunds will be issued for trip elements lost due to these disruptions.  We strongly recommend that you get trip cancellation insurance.
