With thoughtfully included features throughout the trip, it’s designed to give you a fun, well-rounded, and unforgettable London adventure.

- Round-trip airport transfers (flight not included)

Below is a preview of the exciting experiences planned for your London adventure. As always, your BSSC trip leaders will share final details during the pre-trip group meeting and through a WhatsApp group closer to departure, so everyone stays informed and connected throughout the journey.
October 12 – Arrival in London
Welcome to London! After arriving at Heathrow Airport, transfer to the hotel and get settled before heading out to begin your adventure. Take in the city’s iconic landmarks on a guided tour with a local expert, then enjoy free time to start exploring London on your own or with the group.
October 13 – Choose Your Experience: Train or Explore
After breakfast, the day is yours to shape. Soccer fans can step onto the pitch for a 90-minute training session with Fulham FC coaching staff, while those looking for more history and culture can travel to Windsor for a visit to magnificent Windsor Castle followed by lunch in the historic town. The remainder of the day is free to enjoy London at your own pace.
October 14 – Stonehenge & Bath
Today brings one of England’s most memorable day trips. Travel to the ancient wonder of Stonehenge, then continue on to the elegant city of Bath for a guided visit that includes entry to the Roman Baths. Along the way, enjoy a delicious included lunch and soak in the history, beauty, and timeless charm of the English countryside.
October 15 – Free Day in London
Enjoy a full day to experience London your way. Visit famous museums, browse lively markets, take a stadium tour, relax in a classic pub, or explore one of the city’s many distinctive neighborhoods. Your tour manager will be available with suggestions to help you make the most of your day.
October 16 – Premier League Match Day
Game day has arrived. Experience the incredible atmosphere of a live Premier League match, where the passion of English football comes to life in unforgettable fashion. Match time and opponent will be confirmed closer to departure and may require some schedule flexibility, but the excitement of the day will be well worth it.
October 17 – Departure
After an unforgettable week of sightseeing, history, and football, transfer to Heathrow Airport for your journey home.
To take advantage of the included group airport transfers at the beginning and end of the trip, your flight schedule must align with the timing below:
- Arrival: Arrive into London Heathrow Airport (LHR) before 12:00 PM on Monday, October 12 to join the group transfer to the hotel. The exact transfer time will be finalized based on the flight schedules submitted.
- Departure: Depart from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) after 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 17 to join the group transfer from the hotel to the airport. The exact transfer time will also be confirmed closer to departure.
Travelers whose flights fall outside these timeframes will need to make their own transportation arrangements to or from the hotel at their own expense, as the group transfers cannot accommodate late arrivals or early departures.
Once your flights are booked, please send your full itinerary to randy@bssc.com. A detailed pre-departure email will be sent closer to the trip with transfer instructions, final group flight information, and details on where to meet the group upon arrival.

Its comfortable modern rooms and prime West End location make it easy to head out for guided touring, explore London’s iconic neighborhoods, or enjoy the city’s pub and football culture on your own time. Enjoy 5 nights at the centrally located Marble Arch Hotel in standard rooms designed for two guests. A limited number of single rooms are also available for travelers who prefer private accommodations.

Passport Requirements
Make sure your passport is current and valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Be sure the full name you submit matches your passport exactly. If you need to apply for or renew a passport, do so as soon as possible, as processing can take approximately 6–8 weeks.

All prices and arrangements are subject to change without notice. This may include changes to the schedule, departure or return timing, destination, mode of transportation, or cancellation or postponement of the trip due to weather, unforeseen events, government-imposed travel restrictions or advisories, or other circumstances beyond BSSC’s control.
BSSC is not responsible for additional costs that may result from these situations, including but not limited to making your own travel arrangements, extra hotel nights, separate accommodations, or reduced trip inclusions due to changes in itinerary or trip length.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! BSSC makes it easy and economical for the solo traveler. Our lodging options are spelled out clearly for each trip giving you the choice of room that best fits your needs.
For BSSC overnight travel, booking 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended. For week-long vacations, book early to guarantee your spot and get the best rates. Ski vacations are usually announced in the summer at a $100-$150 savings. Check each trip for specific deadlines and policies. The closer the travel date, the more complex and costly it might be to procure accommodations and/or airfare.
Refunds are possible – policies vary depending on the type of trip and timing of your cancellation. The closer you are to departure, the less likely we will be able to refund you 100%. Cancellations are subject to the regulations and cancellation fees set by BSSC, tour operators, and agents carrying out services. There is no refund for unused services. Please check specific policies for your trip. We also recommend that vacationers purchase travel insurance and can provide more info upon request.
