Escape to the vibrant heart of Scottsdale with a three-day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Old Town Scottsdale. The day before the game, enjoy a beautiful double-decker sunset cruise on Lake Pleasant, located just outside Phoenix, with round trip transportation for the group. BYOB, and have fun listening to music and watching the breathtaking Arizona desert sunset with the group.
During your stay in Phoenix and Scottsdale, you’ll find a wealth of activities available in your free time. Some highlights include hiking Camelback Mountain, the Desert Botanical Gardens, Scottsdale’s Fashion Square shopping, ATV Tours, and more. For the golfers in the group, tee times may be organized prior to the trip for those interested.
Of course, the highlight of our trip will be the electrifying football game between the New England Patriots and the Arizona Cardinals. We’ll head to the stadium in style aboard a comfortable coach bus. Our tickets include a private space on the 400 level that includes food, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks 90 minutes before the game and until the end of the first quarter. There are high-top seated tables and standing room for the group in the space.

Itinerary Highlights:
Below is an example itinerary of our trip. The trip leader will send out the actual detailed itinerary for the weekend, including activities and meal plans, one week prior to the trip.
Friday – Arrival Day
Arrive anytime on Friday at your leisure. Rooms may not be ready until 3 PM. If you can, we recommend getting an early morning flight and arriving in the AM. You might not be able to check into your room, but you can leave your bags at the front desk.
Enjoy the pool at the hotel, or walk around Old Town in Scottsdale to the many shops and restaurants.
Meet up with the group in the evening for dinner and nightlife or explore on your own.
Saturday
Enjoy your full day in sunny Arizona! Breakfast is on your own. After, either meet the group at the pool or explore on your own.
For the sunset cruise, meet in the lobby at 2:45 for a 3 PM departure for Lake Pleasant. Return home by 7 and make plans to head out to dinner and nightlife with the group.
Sunday
Game day! Breakfast is on your own. The group will meet at 11:30 AM in the lobby for an 11:45 PM departure time on our coach bus to State Farm Stadium. Feel free to bring coolers, snacks, and drinks on the bus to enjoy at our short tailgate before heading in. The stadium is only about 30 minutes away (pending traffic ). After a short tailgate, we will head into the stadium to enjoy complimentary food and beverages in our section 90 minutes prior to kick-off until the end of the first quarter. There is a mix of high-top seating and standing room for the group.
Head to the bus directly after the game for a 5:45 PM departure. Trip leader will organize going out for dinner and nightlife.
Monday
Roll out of bed at your leisure.
Check out!! Return keys and pay any charges.
Depart at your leisure. If you have an evening flight, enjoy the day at pool while storing your luggage at the hotel. The day is yours.

We’re within one mile of Scottsdale’s Fashion Square and Scottsdale Stadium. Just a 10-minute drive away, you’ll find the Desert Botanical Garden and the Phoenix Zoo. We are also near Westworld of Scottsdale and Phoenix Sky Sky Harbor Airport, which is 20 minutes away. Enjoy the restaurant, 24-hour convenience shop, and fitness center, which features a Peloton® Bikes with toe cages.
Transportation
Get your own airfare. The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Taxi, Uber, etc., to the hotel, about 20 minutes away from Scottsdale. Price includes a round trip coach bus from the hotel to State Farm Stadium for the game.

Price is per person for 3 nights with rooming options:
- Double occupancy King: $599 per person (Must supply both roommates)
- Double occupancy Two Queens: $599 per person (Match w/ a roommate or supply your own)
- Triple occupancy: Inquire by e-mail
- Quad occupancy: Inquire by e-mail
- Single room: (King bed) Add $280
*We have to match beds and game tickets so it must be even numbers. (i.e. if we have a triple occupancy we must have a single occupancy, etc.)
**Thursday night add-on option (3 nights) add $120 per person, based on double occupancy. Thursday Single room, add $240.
Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance to cover your expenses in case of any injury or illness that may prevent you from traveling and losing your monies paid. Check with your personal health care provider/insurance company to see what is covered/not covered for you. Yes! BSSC makes it easy and economical for the solo traveler. Our lodging options are spelled out clearly for each trip giving you the choice of room that best fits your needs.
For BSSC overnight travel, booking 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended. For week-long vacations, book early to guarantee your spot and get the best rates. Ski vacations are usually announced in the summer at a $100-$150 savings. Check each trip for specific deadlines and policies. The closer the travel date, the more complex and costly it might be to procure accommodations and/or airfare.
Refunds are possible – policies vary depending on the type of trip and timing of your cancellation. The closer you are to departure, the less likely we will be able to refund you 100%. Cancellations are subject to the regulations and cancellation fees set by BSSC, tour operators, and agents carrying out services. There is no refund for unused services. Please check specific policies for your trip. We also recommend that vacationers purchase travel insurance and can provide more info upon request.
