Itinerary Highlights

Thursday or Friday – Arrival Day
Guests may arrive on Thursday or Friday at their convenience. Check-in at the Hilton begins at 3:00 PM, but early arrivals may leave luggage at the front desk.
Explore downtown Tampa and the Tampa Riverwalk, or relax by the rooftop pool and whirlpool. An optional group meet-up for dinner and nightlife will be hosted by your trip leader in the evening.
Saturday – Free Day & Sunset Cruise
Enjoy a laid-back morning or explore on your own. Whether you lounge by the pool, grab breakfast at Starbucks in the hotel, or visit nearby attractions, the day is yours.
Meet in the lobby at 4:45 PM for the short walk or ride to the Lost Pearl sunset cruise, departing at 5:15 PM. Expect to return by 7:30 PM, with optional evening plans available for nightlife and dinner.
Sunday – Game Day: Patriots vs. Buccaneers
Get hyped for the main event! Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:15 AM for a 9:30 AM bus departure to Raymond James Stadium.
Upon arrival, enjoy an epic 3-hour all-inclusive tailgate party featuring food, drinks, music, and games. Then head into the stadium for kickoff with seats in Section 333 to cheer on Drake Maye, Coach Mike Vrabel, and the New England Patriots!
After the game, return to the hotel via coach bus. Evening plans are optional—join the group for dinner or nightlife, or relax after an electric day.
Monday – Departure Day
Sleep in and check out at your leisure. For those with later flights, enjoy the hotel amenities, store luggage at the front desk, and make the most of your final hours in Tampa Bay.

Transportation
Airfare is not included in the trip package. The nearest airport is Tampa International Airport (TPA), located approximately 20 minutes from downtown. Travelers are responsible for their own transportation to the hotel via taxi, rideshare (Uber, Lyft), or other preferred methods. Round-trip coach bus transportation from the hotel to Raymond James Stadium on game day is included in the package, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for all attendees.

Yes! BSSC makes it easy and economical for the solo traveler. Our lodging options are spelled out clearly for each trip giving you the choice of room that best fits your needs.
For BSSC overnight travel, booking 3-4 weeks in advance is recommended. For week-long vacations, book early to guarantee your spot and get the best rates. Ski vacations are usually announced in the summer at a $100-$150 savings. Check each trip for specific deadlines and policies. The closer the travel date, the more complex and costly it might be to procure accommodations and/or airfare.
Refunds are possible – policies vary depending on the type of trip and timing of your cancellation. The closer you are to departure, the less likely we will be able to refund you 100%. Cancellations are subject to the regulations and cancellation fees set by BSSC, tour operators, and agents carrying out services. There is no refund for unused services. Please check specific policies for your trip. We also recommend that vacationers purchase travel insurance and can provide more info upon request.
